Mason Jar - 1L (Single Jar) - with FREE Sourdough Starter

FREE SOURDOUGH STARTER WITH PURCHASE OF THIS MASON JAR 

This mason jar & Free Sourdough Starter is available to our massage patients only, for pickup at your next massage appointment. Quantities are limited based on our home production, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. The Sourdough Starter needs to "woken up" and fed before we can give it to you ready for use, so you must let us know in advance.

Sourdough starter is also free for our massage patients who bring a jar to their next appointment for transport. 

A PDF of the sourdough bread recipe that we follow will be emailed to you with your massage appointment receipt.

Our Sourdough starter is prepared with filtered Berkey water and organic, unbleached white flour. There will be approximately 200-300g of Sourdough starter provided in this jar (final weight may vary after waking up and feeding the starter. For reference, only 100g of starter is needed to make a loaf of sourdough bread).
