Facial Massage (45 minutes) $95

May be booked as a stand-alone treatment, or in addition to another massage service. Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup), that is ready to be massaged.
Facial massage involves gentle, rhythmic strokes on the face to relax muscles, boost circulation, and promote lymphatic drainage. It enhances skin elasticity, reduces puffiness, and rejuvenates complexion. To provide smooth gliding and added hydration, we use almond oil for dry skin types, and jojoba oil for oily skin types.
Facial massage begins with myofascial release, followed by lymphatic drainage, followed by application of patient's choice of facial moisturizer (our most popular is the Super Hydrating Cream with Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid from Oxygen Botanicals).
In facial massage, lymphatic drainage will be focused on the face, continuing into the neck, chest and upper trapezius.
Hot Stone Massage

60 minutes $130
90 minutes $175
Hot Stone Massage therapy allows for the integration of heat into a relaxing experience.
Heated volcanic basalt stones are placed on your body as well guided in hand by your therapist.
Hot stones are generally used to improve circulation and draw out stagnant blood to the superficial layers of your body; then, the massage itself helps to redistribute the blood towards your heart and kidneys for further usage.

Please know that as health care professionals, we do NOT offer couple's massages.
*Please note: For an initial visit, we can usually thoroughly cover up to 3 main concerns in a typical 60 minute session. For more complex cases, consider a 90 minutes session as this will allow for more detailed attention to your problem area(s). A thorough full body massage requires 90 minutes.
For young children (8 years & younger), we also offer 30 minute and 45 minute treatments. For adults, we still highly recommend at least 60 minutes. 30 minutes is only enough time to do half of your back (upper or lower back) or to treat one small area (e.g. neck and shoulders), and 45 minutes is only enough time to thoroughly treat one significant concern.
For relaxation or general Swedish massage, 45 minutes is just enough time to address half the body in a treatment, meaning either the lower body or upper body (bottom half or top half). Most patients benefit from at least 60 minutes to fully relax. 90 minutes is ideal for full body relaxation.
