 Please know that as health care professionals, we do NOT offer couple's massages.

Please note: For an initial visit, we can usually thoroughly cover up to 3 main concerns in a typical 60 minute session. For more complex cases, consider a 90 minutes session as this will allow for more detailed attention to your problem area(s). A thorough full body massage requires 90 minutes.

If you're short on time or for young children (8 years & younger), we also offer 30 minute and 45 minute treatments. For adults, we still highly recommend at least 60 minutes. 30 minutes is only enough time to do half of your back (upper or lower back), and 45 minutes is only enough time to thoroughly treat one significant concern.

For relaxation or general Swedish massage, 45 minutes is just enough time to address half the body in a treatment, meaning either the lower body or upper body (bottom half or top half). Most patients benefit from at least 60 minutes to fully relax. 90 minutes is ideal for full body relaxation.
