For a smooth booking experience, please provide:

1) Your preferred location - if you would like an appointment at one of our home offices, please let us know which location you are requesting (i.e. Niagara Falls or Mississauga). If you are requesting a house call,  will need to know your address.
2) Desired length of treatment session (e.g. 60 minutes or 90 minutes). If you are unsure, please describe the issue/reason you are seeking treatment, so that we may advise you.
3) Your preferred availability.
