When booking online, you must use the patient's correct full name, as on insurance. If booking for someone else, please use their full name (do not book under your name). As we are regulated healthcare professionals, the name on the appointment must match the patient for insurance billing and health records.

For a smooth booking experience, please provide:

1) Your preferred location - Appointments are available at our home office clinic (4489 Willick Road, Niagara Falls) or as a house call / mobile massage.  If you are requesting a house call, we will need to know your address to provide accurate availability and rate based on travel zone.
2) Desired length of treatment session (e.g. 60 minutes or 90 minutes). If you are unsure, please describe the issue/reason you are seeking treatment, so that we may advise you.
3) Your preferred availability.
We will reply to all appointment requests during our business hours (our online booking system remains available for immediate booking outside of these hours):
Mondays - 9:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesdays - 9:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesdays -  9:00am - 6:00pm
Thursdays - closed
Fridays - 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Sundays - 10:00am - 4:00pm (Closed on Sundays in January & February)
Closed on all holidays & long weekends
House Calls In Mississauga & Oakville: every other Friday
