Refund policy

All products (purchased through our website and in store) are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

Non-returnable, Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable items
Due to the nature of the products and services we provide, majority of our products are non-returnable. Any opened, used or tested products will be ineligible for return, refund or exchange. We will not accept any product that has had the packaging opened.  For health and sanitary reasons, most of our items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes, and is not limited to:

• perishable goods (teas);
• health and fitness products (such as exercise bands, ice packs, thermophores, lacrosse balls);
• and personal care or therapy products (such as gua sha stones, lotions, oils, bath and body care).

If you are unsure about purchasing, keeping or using any of our products, please do not purchase it until you are sure as we will not provide a return, an exchange or refund due to the intimate and perishable nature of our products.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item PRIOR to purchasing. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards (more details on gift card and gift certificate purchases below).

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards

Please know that RMT massages paid with Gift Cards/Certificates are not insurable. Insurance companies will not cover or reimburse massages paid with Gift Cards/Certificates. We cannot provide direct billing or insurance invoices for Gift Card/Certificate purchases.

Gift Certificate/Card purchases are final sale.  If you require assistance resending a e-gift certificate to its intended recipient via email, please contact us with proof of purchase. To redeem Card/Certificate, present it at time of purchase of massage services and/or products. Purchases will be deducted from Certificate/Card amount until Card/Certificate value reaches zero. Unused value remains on Certificate/Card. 

Massage Health Services Inc. cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Certificates/Cards, or any unauthorized use of Certificate/Card. Certificate/Card cannot be replaced. Certificate/Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates/Cards or transferred to another Gift Certificate/Card. Gift Certificates/Cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
