Anthony Nguyen, RMT will bring all the supplies needed for your treatment, including the massage table, sheets, blanket, massage lotion, table warmer, speakers, music (unless you prefer your own), and cups for cupping (when requested).

In terms of space required, the massage can take place pretty much anywhere the massage table will fit with some room around it for Anthony to maneuver during your treatment.

The massage table can be set up in a living room, office or even outdoors on your patio (weather permitting). Consider a space that you will be comfortable in, so you can relax. 

If you are unable to lie down to receive your massage treatment, chair massage is also an option. Please let us know in advance if you are requesting a chair massage, so that Anthony Nguyen, RMT will have the massage chair with them.

Please know that as health care professionals, we do NOT offer couple's massages.

Hospital, Hospice and Nursing Home Massage Visits:

Anthony is available for mobile massage services to patients in hospitals, hospices and nursing homes. Patients need to be able to consent to massage, and need to be in a responsive state.

Massages can be performed in the hospital bed in a lying or seated position, or in a wheelchair. We will bring bolsters and pillows to provide comfort and support. Please let us know if you would like the RMT to bring their massage chair instead of a massage table.

Family members and caregivers are encouraged to be present and participate during the treatment, as Anthony is happy to teach you massage techniques that you can practice on your loved one to bring them comfort and relief.

Please allow time in your schedule for the Anthony to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the appointment, in case it is necessary for a loved one to meet the RMT in the entrance/lobby and bring them to the room. In some situations, the RMT is required to check in with the charge nurse due to hospital policy, or to collect further health history information before proceeding with treatment. Some hospitals are very strict and request to see the RMT's license and liability insurance upon arrival, which takes up some time. Please inform the hospital/care home staff of the RMT's visit in advance so that they do not refuse us or cause additional delays that run into the treatment time.

Many facilities, such as hospitals, do charge parking fees to the RMT, which we will need to add to the cost of the visit.

Prices for home visits vary based on travel distance from our Niagara home office clinic (4489 Willick Road, Niagara Falls) and parking fees (if applicable):

BOOKING FEE & 72-Hour Cancellation Policy for Out-of-Region Requests

All house call massage appointments outside of the Niagara Region require a non-refundable and non-transferable $100 booking fee via e-transfer before the appointment can be booked ($100 fee applies to every patient and every appointment).

 This deposit policy is in place, because a considerable portion of the available schedule (5+ hours) is required to accomodate appointments outside of the Niagara Region, preventing us from accomodating multiple patients at our Niagara clinic in that same timeframe.

 The $100 booking fee will be applied towards the cost of your appointment. This $100 booking fee is final and non-refundable for cancellation or rescheduling requests made at any time. If you choose to cancel or reschedule at any time, your booking fee will applied towards the cancelled appointment and you will need to pay the $100 booking fee again for any future out of region request, as several hours of the schedule had already been allocated to your initial appointment request.

72 hour cancellation & modification policy applies to the out-of-region appointment in addition to the $100 booking fee (full payment will be required for out-of-region appointments cancelled or modified within 72 hours of the appointment). Insurance receipt will not be issued until the appointment is paid for in full. We do not issue insurance receipts for booking fees, as insurance companies only provide coverage for the massage itself. For inquiries or to schedule an appointment, please contact us.
